A bowling ball is released at the upper edge of a ramp that is inclined at an angle of 37o with the floor. The ramp is 5.0 meter long. The bowling ball is allowed to roll freely without slipping under the influence of gravity down the ramp. The bowling ball has a mass of 4 kilogram and a diameter of 40 centimeter. Suppose the bowling ball is a uniform sphere. (I= 2/5 MR2)

a) Obtain the total kinetic energy of the bowling ball at the bottom of the ramp.

b) Obtain the linear speed of the bowling ball at the bottom of the ramp.

c) Obtain how would the speed of a pool ball with mass of 400 g and diameter of 7.0 cm compare with the speed of the bowling ball at the bottom of the ramp?
