I have been working on this problem for a while now, and it's supposed to be really simple, but I can't acquire the solution can you sort of guide me through this problem, and show me the equations you used?

Problem: What is the change in internal energy of a system that takes in 2.80 x 106 J of heat, and does 4.50 x 105 J of work while dissipating 6.00 x 106 J of heat?

J

Show how you get the answer, so that I can better understand how to do it.
