You are driving down a road at a constant speed of 17.8 m/s and another car drives toward you. (The other car is in the other lane, but you can neglect the slight lateral difference in the paths and treat the problem as if the car drives directly toward you. Or else suppose that you are foolishly playing "chicken" and it is driving directly toward you.) The other car has a constant speed of 20.1 m/s from the viewpoint of someone standing by the side of the road. If you sound your horn at 455 Hertz, obtain what frequency do the people in the other car hear?
