Imagine you are the HR manager for a national chain of fast-food restaurants and your company has recently hired a new CEO. The new CEO asks you to prepare an annual HR report to help the CEO better understand the employment-related aspects of the company.

1. Referring to Chapters 8 and 14 in textbook, identify five HR metrics that you would want to include in the report.

2. Explain how you would measure each of the five metrics you have chosen. (Note: you aren't expected to be an expert in the fast-food business; choose general sources of HR data that are covered in the course and state any assumptions you might need to make.
