To start a mower, a person must pull on a string attached to a pulley with a force of 70N. The pulley is a disc of mass 0.1kg and radius 0.1m. Consider the pull to act tangent to the pulley at the edge of the pulley. Calculate the angular acceleration of the pulley and the rotation rate if the torque remains constant for 2s.
