Compute the following problem given below:

Problem: At what minimum angle, in degrees (deg), will you get total internal reflection of light traveling in water and reflected from ice? Assume the index of refraction for water is 1.333 and ice is 1.309.

I don't know how to get that answer for above problem. Please help.
