1. Several years ago, an article was published that described an observational study on human behavior. Researchers observed 525 men and 475 women at bus stops in England.
1) Men who were traveling with women arrived at the bus stops early, but men travelling alone or with other men generally arrived around the time that the bus was scheduled to arrive (often missing the bus).
2) The time of arrival of women was generally earlier than the bus was scheduled to arrive, whether they were traveling alone or with men.
3) When crossing the street, men were more likely than women to perform "dangerous" crossings (e.g., the individual crossed when the Don't Walk sign was lit), but this difference was only observed when women were nearby.
