Select an organization, which is in manufacturing or service sector. Use the selected organization throughout the whole report as a case study. When candidate selecting the organization, he/she needs to consider on following criteria; size of the organization, level of establishment, brand value within the industry.

Task 01: Identify the mission, objectives & responsibilities of an organisation within its environment

Task 1.1 Identify  the   vision, mission, objectives,  and underlying values of the selected organisation

Task 1.2 Identify  three   stakeholders of   the   selected organisation and explain their power & influence to the organisation

Task 1.3 List and explain all the responsibilities of the organisation and analyse the strategies used to achieve the organisation's objectives
