There are concerns that students of FOUN1501 are not utilizing their learning experiences from the course to effectively develop and demonstrate their leadership roles. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the skills and competencies acquired in FOUN1501 to produce successful, contributing and productive leaders, develop an Education Policy document which highlights how the skills and competencies you have acquired as a Reflective/Reflexive Practitioner can be used to chart a way forward to bring positive changes in education for Caribbean Countries post COVID- 19
