Please help with the following question

An educational researcher wants to know if the whole-language approach to teaching reading differs in effectiveness from more traditional approaches. She does a survey of NYC elementary schools and gets 83 responses. Of these, 36 schools reported using the whole-language (W) approach, and 47 used traditional methods (T). Of the 36 schools that used W, she determines that 12 had mean reading scores above the national median, while of the 47 that used T, 22 had mean reading scores above the national median.Perform the test (at the .05 level)
