Mention some details of the most common demographics of the population you serve who may be affected by the disease. In your organizational plan provide an overview of the disease - how it is monitored, prevented or controlled along with other important facts about infection control measures that you have gleaned from readings and websites. Consider demographics in your plan. Address infection prevention and control evidence-based approaches to antimicrobial stewardship as applicable.
