There are numerous functions/components associated with human resources including recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, salary and benefits, risk management, and discipline. Competent human resource professionals continually assess and reassess their functions/components to ensure that they operate to maximum effectiveness. Identify one organization (through research or using your current/present organization) that is challenged in one aspect of its human resource operations.
Some examples are:
-the organization cannot recruit qualified employees
-the performance evaluation system is not utilized or leads to conflict between management and employees
-union relations are fractured/contentious
