This is an individual project.You should do your own work and sign the honor code. 

Below are the parts of the project:

1. Design on paper a database for a business purpose.  Describe the database and its purpose in a word document.  Also - in the word document explain each of the parts of the database as listed below.  I can read your explanations as I look at each part of the database.  For example, explain each query and its purpose in words.

2. Determine the structure of a table with the following properties:

a. 25 records

b. At least 3 numeric or currency fields that can be added, counted, and averaged. 

c. At least 2 text fields.

d. You should have at least three tables and show relationships between these.

e. Name your database your last name and first initial.

f. Sort the records in ascending order by some criteria. 

g. Perform three queries that will be helpful in decision making for your business. Describe and explain the purpose of each query. These queries should have some complexity with more than two parameters. 

h. Perform a query in which you - total one column, get a count on one column and average one column (in the same query). 

i.  Create a form based on the fields you created.

j. Based on the query from h above, prepare a report.  The report title and all fields should be in complete words.  The report should have a professional appearance.
