Explain and critically discuss Hume's views on the relationship between the notions of character and responsibility in support of his compatibilism (An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding pg.64-66), and how it is a response to the claim that if determinism is true, then since no one has the ability to do other than what they do, no one is responsible for their actions.
