Builder is a tenant. He is notified by Landlord that his lease will not be renewed. Builder is not concerned because he is given 6 months notice. Landlord also notifies Builder that he will be constructing another floor above the existing office. Two months later, Builder arrived at his office and sees that his ceiling has multiple holes in it. Not only is it unsightly for his clients to see, but it exposes his workers and office equipment to the outdoor elements. Essentially, he cannot use the office for its intended purpose.
