Ms. Hernandez has been noticeably engaged in the communal areas of the unit. She continues to make excessive request for medications, today she was requesting for multiple bowel medications even though she moved her bowels this evening and was arguing with the medication nurse about her Tylenol and Motrin orders she was gently educated and redirected. Subsequently, she was observed walking through the unit's hallways, engaging with both peers and staff. There have been no further instances of any dangerous behaviors. The nursing team will maintain vigilant observation of her well-being and address her needs throughout this shift.
