With the technology advances in the past decade, the use of cell phones have become a normal method of communication nowadays. It does not matter at what time or place there will always be people talking over the phone, texting, video chatting and even playing games. Should the cell phone be used for only one purpose? Many people think that there should be some restrictions on their use of the devices. Would these change the way people interact to each other?
