Question

Miss T is 20 years old. She presents to clinic today because she thinks she is pregnant Her last normal menstrual period was august 20, 2019. She has a 2 years old son who was born at 34 weeks gestation and 4 years old daughter who was born at 39 weeks gestation. She also tells you that she had an abortion when she was 14 years old. She lives with her parents and tells you she is not so sure who the father of this baby is but she is currently on in a relationship with anyone currently.
