If so, have any been successfully transplanted? How about in animals? If so, have there been any successful kidney transplants in animals?

What, if any, ethical issues might be faced with growing organs that are made readily available to anyone? Describe what rules and regulations you would implement to keep demand and supply in check. Who should oversee these regulations (e.g., government, scientists, medical professionals, etc.)?
