Based on the data below, this is what I need help with: A) Help me formulate a hpothesis, ( I am thinking, "Women with a 4 yr. college degree earn more than women with a 2 yr. college dgree") B) Perform the five-step hypothesis test on the data provided. C) Explain which nonparametric test was used to analyze the data and why.

Here is my data: these are the wages for women with a 2 yr degree, $11,702, $24,509, $34,746, $35,185 (median of $29,627) These are the wages for women with a 4 yr. degree, $22,133, $29,977, $30,006 $31,304, $33,351, $33,959, $83,443 (median of $31,304) There is no mode. Do I need to do the percentile rank? If so please help with that.
