Question

Mr. Closs has been visible throughout the common areas of the unit during the shift. He was mostly observed in his dorm room with intermittent periods of watching TV, socializing with select peers and pacing the unit hallways. He attended some group activities on the unit. ON approach, he was indifferent and at times appeared distant/preoccupied. No unsafe behavior noted or reported. Nursing staff will continue to monitor him throughout this shift for safety and needs.
