TJ gave birth to her twins today at 34 weeks gestation. Her twins require an NG tube in order to take enteral nutrition. TJ is deciding if pumping and providing breastmilk for her twins would be okay. Medications: Multivitamin Lantus 30 units subcutaneously nightly (started Lantus two weeks ago with no bolus insulin needed) Methadone 15 mg PO BID Nifedipine 10 mg q6h prn BP > 140/90 (uses ~1 dose per day since giving birth) Acetaminophen 1000 mg PO q6h prn acute pain (uses ~ 2 doses per day) Oxycodone 10 mg PO q4h prn acute pain not controlled by acetaminophen (uses ~ 1 time per day) Albuterol 2-4 puffs 30 minutes prior to exercise
