You are the head of the HR department of a newly formed technology company. The CEO has asked you to present to the board of directors a plan to attract, motivate and retain employees. Using the various theories you have learned from the OB class, draft a plan for the company to motivate and retain employees. The plan should include a number of suggestions (minimum 4) on what the company should do to motivate employees extrinsically and intrinsically.
