Question

The health care world is changing daily, whether that it through new technology or the discovery of new diseases. The first major change, to me, listed in the table is the emphasis on wellness and patients responsibility for their own health. This would help the traffic of health care offices and provide more care for those with more serious medical conditions. The learning needs for health care professionals would be making sure you are giving you patients the education the need on wellness and prevention techniques. The second change that I find helpful is the expansion of roles for health care professionals. Doing so will allow more flexibility in the workplace. The third change would be the development of sophisticated equipment. Doing so will allow for better care to patients. The learning curve for health care professionals would be learning how to work the machines and reading the results. The fourth change I believe in is the increased specialization and use of teams. This means that some offices will have to learn the idea of teamwork, but I think it will be beneficial to the everyday flow of an office. The fifth change is new information about how the body functions. I think that there is always thing to learn about out bodies, and learning more about them will provide better care. On the other hand, this could affect the professionals occupational area . The final change that I think would be helpful is new diagnostic procedures and treatments. Doing so will allow for better patient care. Some of these changes are easier than others, but I think they would provide better experiences and results for patients. Why do you agree with this statement.
