During your shift your patient is also due to receive Ancef 2G IV in 100mL of normal saline, which is to be administered at 100mL/hr. In addition to this, your patient requests something for pain. Following your assessment you decided that it is appropriate to give Dilaudid 1mg IV, which is mixed in a 50mL of Normal Saline and administered at 100mL/hr. Knowing that the initial Ringers Lactate infusion was initiated at 0630 and that the patient only has a single lumen IV; at what time will you expect that the initial infusion of Ringers Lactate to be complete?
