How can companies help change perception/views? In turn, change the culture. In my management class I have learned that this does not come easy and a plan needs to be developed on effective ways to change an organization's culture once a manager is in place. This can include a new manager teaching employees new processes through formal statements, work environment reorganization, training programs, new smoking policy, etc. Are there any other methods that a new manager could use to help change perception?
