Ronda had planned to cross the border for a day's visit but did not wish to take with her a several bolts of fabric she had in her car. She left the fabric with Tobias, saying she would pick it up later that day. Tobias leaned the bolts of fabric on the wall behind the counter and an employee accidently spilled his drink on them. Will Tobias be liable for the damage?
