This position will be responsible for moving the supply chain from an outsourced model (3PL) to a direct model that will supply all retail stores with inventory. The company has 100 locations located primarily in the western US and also provides full e-commerce offerings. The company procures both finished goods and also manufactures products.

Develop a plan that:
