We found some similarities but some variety in the profiles we developed in class of our "new college graduate employee". This variety reflects the realities of the workplace, the different demands placed on employees in different positions.

1. Using the insight gained by creating our profile in class, create a profile of yourself as an employee - noting the elements of strength that you bring to the table.

2. Then, based on the stressors you indicated in your initial posting that were of concern to you, create three questions you might ask in an interview to determine whether or not those stressors are part of a job you could be applying for.
