New business vision for compensating the staff
Imagine that your are the HR Manager for a new firm just opening its doors in your community. The owners have asked you to prepare a vision for compensating the staff. They do not want specific policies, but guiding principles that will help them collect data and write specific HR policies later. Complete the following:

Cross-cultural problems, differences, and expectations - Explain what can be done to prevent cross-cultural problems and unmet expectations from keeping an alliance team from being effective?
Provide examples that illustrate how intercultural communication has contributed to the company's success. Explain how you think changes or strategic decisions are being communicated to stakeholders in diverse parts of the world.
Do male and female leaders differ in their behavior and leadership styles in organizations?
Identify the types of organizations that may need to evaluate strategy more frequently than others.
Explain what is the role of perception in negotiation and based on past experience, what are two most common perception problems in negotiation
