Ann Turner, has started her own publishing company because a new author came to her with a great idea! She never told us about this and just started her own company to work with this author on the side. We cannot find that she has ever signed a non-compete agreement. Once we fire her, can we sue her even without a non-compete agreement? Can you please explain how we can do this legally?
