Now, Neurology Associates granted the paid leave of Elizabeth Blackwell for her board certification in neurology. There was a shortage of neurologists in the southwest region of Longville equivalent to demand and competition in business rising. Elizabeth signed the document presented by Neurology Associates agreeing for a period of three years after leaving the company that she would contract with any neurological service providers in the restricted Longville area.
