In the wake of recent mass shootings in Florida and across the US, you are one of the supporters of a Gun Control Ballot Measure (Amendment 1) recently drafted by the Georgia Legislature and set to be approved/disapproved by Georgia voters in the next general election. To gain voter approval of your proposed Amendment 1, you will need to appeal to as wide a stakeholder/voter population as possible. To understand who are the most important stakeholder/voter groups for you to reach, you need to conduct a Stakeholder Analysis.

As a result of your Stakeholder Analysis, discuss which groups (both market and non-market) you think hold the most salient power? How would you expect stakeholder/voter coalitions to form?
