Stage 1: Pre-negotiation

You must answer the following questions:
1. What is your client's BATNA? What is your client's reservation value?
2. What is the other party's BATNA? What is the other party's reservation value?
3. What is the ZOPA range? What is your strategy for claiming the greater proportion of the ZOPA?

Stage 2: Negotiation

You must:
1. Write an email with the first negotiation with their counterpart for the endorsement contract;

1. You want the email structure to be in bullet points or in paragraphs? 2. Please let me know the word limit for Stage 1 questions and do you want me to include the details of the as well as the other party as well? The email is a formal structure , should be in paragraphs . Explaining all the terms of the negotiation making and offer having into account the previous analysis . Whitour telling the estrategy of course. For the stage 1 please explain how you get the batna and reservation value of the both parties in 50 words each aprox. Also include in this strategy the contingency Clause in case that not to achieve the sales expected. And for the 3rd question explain what is my zopa and how you get it, explain the strategy of the negotiation . How I will get the better part of the Zopa. And how I will try to achieve the extra revenue for more that 3 months of contract . This stage should be 200 words or more if you need.
