Every year sixth-grade students in Ohio schools take proficiency tests. The list of sixth-grade reading score changes from the prior year are given below. Negative values indicate a decrease in score, positive values show an increase, and a zero shows no change from the prior year. Use the sign test to test the hypothesis that, "on average, reading scores have decreased from the prior year" use α= 0.05
