Question

My project is to explain the NEGATIVE metabolic/physiologic adaptations that come with Creatine supplementation regarding weight cutting in athletes, specifcally in kickboxing/MMA. To narrow it down, how would too much creatine harm someone on a metabolic level?

What would be something I could expand on and write about concerning too much creatine in an athlete who is weight cutting.
