Assignment - Particle speeds and trajectories from movie analysis

Project on moving particles tracking so for that need to track all particles and make trajectories of it.

We want to quantify the movement of different microplastic particles through a measurement chamber dependent on plastic type, particle shape, flow rate, and chamber orientation. For this, particle-contaminated waters were pumped through the chamber and filmed. The particle trajectories and speeds ought to be extracted and quantified through automated image and movie analysis. The aim of the work is a program, for example in Matlab, to automatically analyze these films, extract the data, and present them in a comprimated form, giving fast information about average particle speed and trajectory through the chamber, as well as maximum and minimum speed and on which trajectories the respective particles moved.

I am doing project on moving particles tracking so for that i need to track all particles and make trajectories of it. I am successful in tracking the particles but unable to detect the position of particles, so can you help me with that? I need to know the position of each detected particles in video.
