You need to use python pandas using xlsx files

Within this xlsx file there are 4 columns i want to look at. The names of the columns is ASSNBRI ,DESCR,DEFECT_CODE and VAL_NUM22.

ASSNBRI=a number that defines the columns
DESCR=street names
DEFECT_CODE= what''s wrong with the road
VAL_NUM22= a ratin 1-5. rating 1 means that the road is not very damaged, a rating of 5 means that the road is very damaged

Need to to print out these 4 columns and filter them. Look at the first row of DESCR, you can see that the name of the road is CLEAR MOUNTAIN ROAD. If you look at the ASSNBRI you will see the number A00545627.

Now if you go to the third page of the excel file and search for A00545627 you will see that the defect_code for that number is AI.RDS.CRACKING. Now in the same page find the column names VAL_num22. You can see that the rating on that row is 2.

This means that: A00545627 is the id of clear mountain road it has a AI.RDS cracking with a rating of 2. So in other words You need the xlsx file to print a the data filtered.

Need a few lines of code that can print out these 4 columns next too eachother.
