The mail objective in this dataset was to check if WORKFORCE PLANNING, ECONOMIC CONDITIONS, WORK FORCE FORECAST, WORKFORCE PRODUCTIVITY, GOVERNMENT REGULATION show significant correlation among themselves. For this a regression analysis was carried out keeping WORKFORCE PLANNING as the Dependent Variable and all other variables as predictors for the same. However, the regression model fails to substantiate the relationship and proves to be a bad fit for the dataset.
