Question: This is a two-part assignment. First, you will respond to several short answer questions. For these questions, you will need to define three legal terms (from a list of seven). You will then need to find a case from your jurisdiction discussing each of those terms (three cases total).

Then you will respond to a short fact and issue pattern. You will need to find information about the applicable law from two sources. You must use NexisUni for one of these sources. For the second source, you may select a search engine of your choosing.

This essay question will be similar to Discussion 1; however, instead of searching for a case, you will now need to search for legal issues raised by the fact pattern.

You must then summarize your findings in one or two paragraphs.
