Reconstruction design
Need help with project for interior design that uses Revit.
The Revit file should include rooms, furniture, finishes, and renderings.
Required Content:
• Design concept
• Building site - screenshot of Google map.
• Bubble diagram - The bubble diagram and floor plan must match. If your design is different from your original bubble diagram, you must re-draw it. I recommend you re-draw it using Photoshop or PowerPoint.
• Circulation diagram - The circulation diagram and floor plan must match. It can be combined with the bubble diagram or a separate diagram.
• Colored floor plans with room names. Hide the dimension lines. (Watch the tutorial. In the tutorial I only exported the realistic view of the floor plan. I think the result Is better than a rendered floor plan.)
• Isometric rendering of each floor. (Watch the tutorial)
• At least 6 interior renderings.
• At least 2 colored interior sections. section tutorial docx
• Finish, furniture, and lighting choices
• Any other drawings you consider necessary
Content:
1. Title sheet:
• Project name and location
• Project site plan with a north arrow (you can use google map screenshot)
• At least one rendering
• Example: 01.jpg
2. Floor plan
• No furniture
• Dimension lines
• Room tags (room number and squarefootage is optional)
• Section symbols
• Elevation symbols
• Example: 02.jpg (You don't need to add the room legend)
3. Furniture plan
• Floor plan with only furniture
• No dimension lines, room tags, section symbols, etc.
4. Reflected ceiling plan
5. Elevations
• Four elevations
6. Sections
• 4 sections of the whole building
• At least two sections should show the stairs

Space requirement
These are the required spaces for the library, and there are no requirements on the size of each space. You make the decision.
• Reception desk
• Reading area
• Computer lab
• Study rooms (study room for 1 or 2 persons, group study room)
• Cafe
• Lounge space
• Display area
• Bookstacks
• Offices (600 sqft) with a staff restroom
• Restrooms (Each floor: Male: one water closet. one urinal: Female: two water closets)
• Two stairs
Stairways code requirement
Two code-compliant stairways are required. It you want to include a spiral stairway which is not code compliant. two more code-complant sta ways are required Requirement':
• Minimum width of stair is 44' (3' - 8').
• Each step height is between 4' to 7'. Depth Is 11' minimum.
• The vertical use of a run should not be greater than 17. Our Poor height is 15'. which means you have to add a landing between two runs.
• The depth of the landing should be 44' (3' - 8') minimum.
• The radius of curved stairways should not be less than 88' (T - 4').
