use ESP32-WROVER because it has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth modules and it has two CPU core.
ESP32 has a low-power co-processor which is used instead of the CPU in order to save power.
The built-in Bluetooth with low power energy 280mA. The ESP32 chip has deep-sleep current of 0.15mA.
