My profession as a nurse is both gratifying and stressful. Workplace stress is an unavoidable issue in healthcare, therefore understanding how to manage it is important. Dr. David Posen's views offer good recommendations and support to us health care workers. The video encourages me to be more careful of myself and prioritize self-care activities such as relaxation, a balanced diet, and exercise. It is a good routine to exercise to help our mind and body recuperate and relax after a busy day, or even before we begin our day. Most health care providers have similar challenges at their workplace, so getting assistance from others like coworkers or other professional therapists if needed is a useful and beneficial way to learn and help one another. Boundaries are vital, knowing when to say no, especially if you know you're struggling mentally to perform well at work. make it better.
