Assignment overview:
To demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research, analyze critically, and reflect deeply on the issues confronting the international hospitality services marketing today.

Overall aim:
The purpose of this assignment is to develop and assess the student's ability to reflect analytically and write (TS1) about their learning of contemporary issues within international hospitably services marketing (LO1 and LO2) using a credible selection of sources (TS3).

Learning Outcome 1: To evaluate how the characteristics of services provide challenges and opportunities for service providers and marketers within the hospitality industry

Learning Outcome 2: To create incremental and / or innovative solutions to meet current and future needs of consumers within the international hospitality industry

For Weeks 1-8 (25th April 2022) of the course, you are required to keep a log of your course- related activities by completing the weekly sheet below (as an example for week 1). These sheets are to then be used to draw your reflections and learnings for your Reflective Paper. Note that the logs for Weeks 1-8 will not be graded but need to be included in the appendices of your Reflective Paper for validation purposes. The non-submission of the logs will invalidate the Reflective Paper resulting in a zero grade.

Examine your Reflective Log and draw out two or three of the most significant learnings that you can generate to show a deeper understanding of what you have learned from this course.

Use a critical narrative (not parenthetical) style. Use sources frequently and weave them into your text to show an active use of your sources.

3.Conclusion

Return to your purpose in the Introduction and summarize the most important skill (not knowledge) that you have learned in this course so far.

4. References

Include in APA 7 style any academic sources and non-academic sources you think have enriched your reflections. Ensure that each cited source is in your list, and each listed source is in your
text.
