Communication of reliability decision information is usually carried out by formal researched reports.

This assignment requires that you demonstrate that you can carry out research in the reliability domain aspects of a situation. A general requirement for answering this assignment is to identify and discuss the understanding and other considerations such as integrated relationships with other disciplines, design, costs, benefits, risk, quality, and roadblocks and how to overcome them.

Note: You must prepare original material for this assignment and not send in previously prepared work.

Task - You have been appointed as the reliability analyst for high risk projects.

You have been tasked to provide a researched example of a reliability report for high risk projects to the Executive and Senior Management team. The report is to identify and explain how reliability is a through life driver that shapes and influences other matters such as situation, data management, business case, maintenance, spares, fault and failure analysis, counterfeit parts, productivity, and obsolescence.

You are to prepare a summary report based on your research addressing these reliability considerations for the management team. The report should include abnormal events that you think needs to be addressed by Executive and Senior Management.
