This question is from Human Resource Management as well as it is an illustration of movie explaining theories such as performance theory, interactional theory as well as relational dialects theory. The movie being illustrated here is 1997's Annie Hall. The film is written and directed by Woody Allen who is also main protagonist. The movie is comedy of ridicules, jokes and pairing of contrasting characters. The shades of contrast come from socio-cultural backgrounds of various characters.
