Identify 4-5 motivational factors from the point of view of (prospective) employees. These are motivational factors which reflect the point of view of employees (or prospective employees).

To identify these factors:

a. Ask your self what motivates you;

b. Talk to your friends and ask them what motivates them;

c. Search on the internat to find what people say about what motivates them.

You might create first a longer list of such factors. In the end, select 4 or 5 of them.

You will be required to outline these factors and to explain in a brief manner
