This assignment is a written paper based upon current scholarly literature in the area of management responsibility and practice. The specific focus of the paper should be on one of the following two topics: 1) motivation, OR 2) team leadership. The paper will be twelve written pages in length and constructed as a literature review per the current APA Manual (6th edition). The paper will include a title page (per APA format), which will not count as a one of the twelve required pages. The paper should use the format below for headings and written in paragraph form. The paper should be free of grammatical and spelling errors and exhibit quality written scholarship commensurate with graduate standards. A minimum of 15 scholarly, peer-reviewed sources should be used in the paper. The final section of the literature review should make recommendations for future research based upon your explication of the literature.
