Rebecca has problems with her organization as it relates to motivation and performance management. She has noticed that many people don't appear to be motivated and are "going through the motions" vs. really putting their hearts and minds into the job. Productivity keeps slipping and she is losing money.

She has also failed to manage her performance of her employees and has many top performers who have left while poor-performing employees remain. Something needs to be done. It doesn't matter whether an employee does a great job or a poor job, everyone is treated the same and they have no idea as to how they are doing.

Write Rebecca a min 2-page report that offers some guidance on how she may get back on track.
