Jamal is 16 year old African American male who reports to your office with his mother with a two day old pounding headache. He is normally in good health and has no previous medical problems. He has no allergies. His mom reports that he was playing football with some friends two days ago and was tackled hard. His headache started a little while afterwards and she reports that he has had two episodes of vomiting after eating and has not been acting like his usual self (more withdrawn and sedate). Jamal is answering all questions normally, states that he is annoyed that he is missing school for this and has a normal physical exam.
